Meet the team
When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of our Visitor Liaison team - John, Paula, Nigel, or Lily (pictured below). They will be able to direct you, give you a printed guide to the College and answer any questions you may have.

2024-2025 Winter Opening Hours (15th October 2024 - 9th March 2025 inclusive):
Mondays – College closed entirely
Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sun – 1:30-4:30pm - please note last entry is 4:00pm (We kindly ask all guests to vacate the premises by 4:30pm)
Saturdays 10.30 am – 5:00pm - please note that last entry is 4:30pm (We kindly ask all guests to vacate the premises by 5:00pm.
2025 Spring/Summer Opening Hours (mid March - 14th October inclusive):
10.30 am-5.00 pm (7 days a week) - please note that last entry is 4:30pm.

Admission Charges
Free admission is available to:
- Children under 7 years of age
- Oxford City permanent residents (proof of address required)
- °ÅÀÖ¶ÌÊÓƵ old members and their families
- Prospective students and their families
- Bodleian card holders and Oxford alumni (along with two guests). Please show your card on arrival.
Adults: £8
Concessions (seniors, under 16s and full time students): £7
Family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children aged 7 or over): £25
Payment is accepted by card only.
Groups
We welcome groups subject to a maximum of 20 people; larger groups may split (and will require a guide/leader in each group).
We welcome large groups, not exceeding 80, with a maximum of 100 persons on site at any one time.
Pre-booking is essential if your group consists of 20 or more. You can do this by emailing: tourism@new.ox.ac.uk. To avoid disappointment we advise group bookings to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. We cannot guarantee same day/last minute bookings.
°ÅÀÖ¶ÌÊÓƵ is a working environment and place of study all year round. As such, when unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings that can no longer be fulfilled due to unexpected college closures. In the event of a cancellation you will be notified in writing prior to your visit.
Guests with disabilities
°ÅÀÖ¶ÌÊÓƵ welcomes everyone and we want our disabled visitors to have a great experience with us.
We offer free entry to companions or carers of disabled visitors. The disabled guests pays the reduced concession admission fee upon entry (carer/companion free).
Access
°ÅÀÖ¶ÌÊÓƵ is a place of study all year round. Please therefore do not enter staircases, college rooms, or areas marked as private.
The Cloisters, Hall, Chapel and Gardens are fully accessible (access to the hall is via a lift) but please be aware that our grounds have uneven surfaces.
Additional Information
- Supervised children are very welcome
- Dogs, except guide dogs, are not allowed in the college
- Please do not walk on the grass or picnic in the grounds
- CCTV is in use throughout the grounds
- We regret we are unable to provide parking
- Drones may not be used anywhere in the college grounds
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings, or elsewhere in the grounds
